Gina Liebhauser

Gina Liebhauser is a founding partner of Piemonte & Liebhauser. She founded the company with Richard Piemonte in 2004.

Gina is a visionary business leader whose skill, attention to detail, follow-through, and management abilities have helped make P&L one of the most accomplished and effective business management firms in the New York metropolitan area.

Prior to founding P&L, Gina was a Senior Account Manager with Provident Financial Management, a division of American Express Tax and Business Services, one of the largest providers of business management services in the country.

Gina is responsible for P&L’s full-service tax department. Gina and her team have expertise in negotiating with the IRS, handling IRS audits, responding to various state government inquiries, as well as, managing the CWA process for foreign entertainers who perform in the U.S. Gina’s goal is to make sure clients are in compliance while maximizing their tax benefits. In the International arena Gina and the P&L team are well versed in foreign tax credits, tax treaties, and US Residency Certifications.

Gina is a dynamic advocate for proactive tax planning and projecting; helping clients prepare for the unavoidable while insuring their maximum tax benefit. Gina believes in “smart” planning for retirement and helps clients understand that saving money for the “golden years” translates into a long-term tax and life benefit.

Gina graduated from Sacred Heart University in 1995 with a BS in Accounting. In 2010 and 2011, Gina received an All-star award from the American Cancer Society for her fundraising efforts and continues her philanthropic endeavors with organizations such as the Girl Scouts, East Hanover PTA, Hemophilia and various other foundations. Gina volunteers as Assistant Girl Scout Troop Leader, Assistant Coordinator of Religious Education for St. Rose of Lima Church in East Hanover, Catechist, Travel Soccer Coach, Manager of PESA soccer teams, and CYO Basketball Coach.

Robin Kerrs

Robin Kerrs is a Managing Partner at Piemonte & Liebhauser, and has been with the firm since February 2004, when she joined as a Senior Account Manager.

Prior to her joining P&L, Robin held a bookkeeping position at Provident Financial Management, a division of American Express Tax and Business Services, one of the largest providers of business management services in the country. During Robin’s employment at Provident she quickly earned a promotion to Account Manager.

Robin specializes in Business Management for individuals as well as small businesses. Areas covered within the practice include consulting, marketing, public relations, insurance, technology industries, and entertainment.

Robin is actively involved in all aspects of her client’s operations including bookkeeping, cash management, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. Robin assists in securing and refinancing loans, reviewing and reconciling investment account activity, and is involved with insurance placement and review. Robin is also well versed in Human Resource Functions such as implementing and administering payroll, benefits, and 401k plans.

Robin Kerrs holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hunter College.

Robin is the VP of Operations for the firm. She revamped the policies and procedures and the time and billing system. She is an integral part of the firm operating as a well-oiled machine.

Richard Piemonte was a founding partner at the firm and unexpectedly passed away on December 13, 2010. Richard was not only a successful businessman; he was a wonderful family man and great friend. He is truly missed by all.
